Welcome!

I am a K–2 educator and mentor passionate about improving student outcomes and strengthening teacher practice.  Throughout my career, I’ve found that some of the most meaningful and energizing work happens when supporting teachers through coaching cycles, collaborative problem-solving, and reflective practice.  Helping teachers feel confident, supported, and successful in their practice extends my impact beyond my own classroom, making this work especially rewarding.


My experience in the classroom, combined with my work in mentoring and teacher support, has led me to pursue instructional coaching as a way to expand my impact beyond my own classroom. I am deeply committed to building strong relationships, using data to guide instruction, and supporting teachers in implementing effective, research-based practices that lead to improved student outcomes.
