Mentoring & Leadership
I support teacher growth through mentoring, collaboration, and shared leadership. By building trusting relationships and engaging in reflective conversations, I help teachers gain clarity, strengthen instructional practice, and make intentional instructional decisions grounded in student evidence. I focus on developing both individual capacity and collaborative systems that support continuous growth, improved student outcomes, and increased student ownership of learning. This work is grounded in Cognitive Coaching practices and supported by formal mentoring and instructional coaching training, which I used to help design and implement our district’s mentoring program.
