Welcome!

Early elementary educator with 18 years of experience in Title I schools, specializing in structured literacy and MTSS-driven instructional systems. I support teachers through collaborative, student evidence-driven work focused on student evidence, instructional clarity, and responsive decision-making. My work centers on aligning instruction to standards, using student evidence to guide next steps, and building systems that support consistent, high-quality instruction across classrooms. I also support teachers in creating opportunities for students to develop skills such as collaboration, reflection, communication and responsibility as part of daily instruction, helping students take ownership of their learning.

I approach instructional improvement as a systems-based process, supporting teachers through cycles of planning, implementation, feedback, reflection, and instructional adjustment.

My experience in the classroom, combined with my work in mentoring and teacher support, has led me to pursue instructional coaching as a way to expand my impact beyond my own classroom. I am deeply committed to building strong relationships, using student evidence to guide instruction, and supporting teachers in implementing effective, research-based practices that lead to improved student outcomes and increased student ownership of learning.
